About Peter Brigham

Peter BrighamThroughout his 20-year career in real estate asset management, Peter Brigham has analyzed market trends to deliver value on a wide variety of residential and commercial properties around the globe. He began his career in San Francisco, California, where he built key experience in appraisal and mortgage lending. After receiving a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Peter Brigham accepted a request by Equitable Real Estate to join the team as a Director of Asset Management.

In 1994, Peter Brigham relocated to Europe to manage Equitable Real Estate’s European portfolio. Since that time, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of all major European real estate markets. He has managed billions of dollars in assets for both Pelham Partners/Apollo Funds and Morgan Stanley, for whom he led a major office development project in central London and oversaw the renovation of four high-profile Madrid office buildings.

Subsequently named Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds’ Japanese management subsidiary, Peter Brigham increased the performance of the Funds’ $10 billion Japanese investment portfolio, and led significant capital improvement projects on several high-profile hotels. Having managed similar projects while based in Morgan Stanley’s San Francisco office, Mr. Brigham now leads Asset Management as Managing Director of Round Hill Capital in London. Effective in improving rental income and capital values across multiple markets, he achieved the largest office lease signed in Frankfurt, Germany, for 2012.
